World Mental Health Day was created to bring awareness & solutions to help people learn to cope with mental health problems. Exercise can help fight depression and promote feelings of calm and well-being. It also releases endorphins, powerful chemicals in your brain that energize your spirits and make you feel good.
Exercising is an effective way to relieve stress, increase energy, higher self esteem, sharper thinking and did I mention better sleep? You don’t need to spend all waking hours of your busy day to train at the gym, sweat buckets, or run mile after mile to reap all the physical and mental health benefits of exercise. Just 30-minutes of moderate exercise five times a week is enough.
