Dear Virtual Fitness Family, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to personally reach out to inform you about some changes to our virtual fitness classes. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible journey we've had together over the years. Your passion for dance, dedication and support have meant the world to me, and I can't thank you enough for being a part of our virtual fitness community. As you know, we embarked on this virtual fitness adventure together before the pandemic began. It has been a fantastic experience, and I'm proud of all the hard work and sweat you've poured into our classes. Unfortunately, due to the significant decline in attendance since April of this year, then adding the recent expansion of the studio, I find it necessary to make some changes to our offerings. While I will be discontinuing our regular virtual fitness classes, I want to emphasize that this is not a farewell but a see-you-later. My commitment to your health and well-being remains unwavering. As I refocus and reallocate my energies toward in-person, on-site classes, I will occasionally offer virtual opportunities for those who can't make it to the studio. Our final virtual class will be held on December 13, just before our two-week studio break during the holidays. During that time, the studio will be closed for those two weeks, allowing us to recharge and prepare for the new year. You don't need to worry about canceling your virtual fitness plans on the website; they will automatically cease once I end the virtual services, unless your auto-renewal falls on the week of the last class. From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all the wonderful moments we've shared. Until our paths cross again, let's make the most of our remaining time together. We'll dance harder, burn more calories, and savor every moment during our final classes. This is not goodbye; it's a "see you later." Thank you once again for being a part of this amazing journey. Your optimism, dedication, and energy have been a true inspiration, and I look forward to the day when we can meet again, whether virtually or in person. Wishing you health, happiness, and endless fitness success. With gratitude and warm regards your favorite Zumba instructor, Nichole Elmore Studio Owner Certified Personal Trainer Certified Fitness Instructor
