Service Description
Our boot camp includes a mix of: - Calisthenics - Interval training - Running - Jumping - Cardio - Weightlifting This program is designed for the highly motivated who want to quickly accelerate their fitness journey. Whether indoors or outdoors, we'll keep you moving and sweating! **Note**: If you have severe injuries or don't like being hot or sweaty then this boot camp isn't suitable for you.

Injury Liability Waiver This agreement is between 2ONE LIFE/NICHOLE ELMORE (Certified Group Fitness Instructor & ZUMBA® Instructor), additional Certified Group Fitness Instructors & ZUMBA® Instructors, and the undersigned participant. 1. I acknowledge the potential physical exertion and inherent risks involved in personal training and/or group fitness classes. 2. I confirm that I am physically fit and have consulted a physician regarding my participation. 3. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during participation. 4. I waive any claims against the authorized instructors for injuries or damages sustained. 5. This Release, Waiver, Discharge, and Covenant Not to Sue is legally binding and covers all injuries, including death, resulting from participation. 6. I acknowledge the broad and inclusive nature of this waiver. 7. I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms stated above.
