30-minute core strengthening (abdominal and lower back muscles) workout. This workout will help you to improve your balance and increase your flexibility. It uses a stability ball (55, 65, or 75 inches) to achieve all the benefits.
Zumba N 30
30-minute aerobic fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help Improve cardiovascular fitness.
Abs N 30
A 30-minute workout that focuses on stabilizing and building core muscles. This class will help improve one’s ability to control the position and movement of their upper abdominals, obliques, transverse abdominal, back, hip, and pelvic muscles.

30-minute workout comprised of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise with 10 seconds of rest. So get ready for four rounds of high-intensity exercises that will keep you burning calories way after it is over.
