Hello everyone! Our next class on Thursday, Oct. 10th DOUBLE TROUBLE, you will need weights. You don't have to have them but they are highly highly recommended. A variety of weights from 16,12, 10, 8, 5, 4, 3 or 2 lbs. There are also a few floor exercises. You will need your floor mat as well.
