" Reset and Renew" is a refreshing, invigorating sound bath experience.
We want to help you let go of any stress, tensions and find tranquility in this session. Not only will you hear soothing sounds, but this experience incorporates breathwork coupled with yoga movement that will prepare the body for ultimate release, relief and revitalization. Yes, this session is a little longer so we can help guide you into your unique experience more fully. This is a very unique experience that can help you connect back to more relaxed and care free you!
ITEMS NEEDED: Comfortable yoga/pilates mat, 2 pillows and blanket. Also, be sure to bring your open mind.
