After a 30 minute session is said to have the benefits of about 2 hours of sleep! After your session, you should feel relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
**Sometimes it can take about 2 or 3 sessions to learn how to "relax" and calm the mind. Once you do, the soundbath is EVERYTHING! Results vary from person to person.
ITEMS NEEDED: Comfortable yoga/pilates mat, pillows, blanket, and eyemask.
