" Falling into Sound Serenity" a Sound Bath Experience

A sound bath is a type of meditation or relaxation technique that involves lying down and listening to calming sounds, such as singing bowls or other musical instruments. The idea is that the sounds will help to relax and calm the mind, allowing the participant to enter a state of deep relaxation.

About the event

Falling into Serenity is an even more unique sound bath experience! It's the end of the year and we want to help you let go of any stress, tensions and/ or tramas in this extended session. Not only will you hear soothing sounds, but this experience incorporates breathwork coupled with yoga movement that will prepare the body for ultimate release, relief and revitalization. Yes, this session is a little longer so we can help guide you into your unique experience more fully. This is a very unique experience that can help you connect back to more relaxed and care free you! Out with the OLD & in with the NEW you! End this year by letting go of the old and prepare your mind to get ready for the fresh new year!

Some potential benefits of sound baths include:

After a 30 minute session is said to have the benefits of about 2 hours of sleep! After your session, you should feel relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. 

** Sometimes it can take about 2 or 3 sessions to learn how to "relax" and calm the mind. Once you do, the soundbath is EVERYTHING! Results vary from person to person.

ITEMS NEEDED: Comfortable yoga/pilates mat, 2 pillows and blanket. Also, be sure to bring your open mind....
